Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days. This does not apply for pre-order items which is clearly stated on the product pages. You will receive an email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

If you want to return or exchange your product please contact us via info@shooby.eu.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. We accept only unused products in original packaging (tags must not be cut off). Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless the product is broken or defective. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is defective, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us. 

Shipping and handling costs:

To offer a wider selection of products and faster delivery whenever possible, we ship orders from both our own warehouse and carefully selected partner warehouses.

If your order includes items stocked at different locations, they may be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. This allows us to dispatch each item as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Shipping origin
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method

The final shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please note:

  • Orders containing products from different warehouse locations may arrive in separate deliveries.
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in more than one package.
  • Delivery times can vary slightly depending on the shipping location of each item.

Our goal is to provide the best balance between product availability, competitive shipping rates, and reliable delivery.

Once the order is dispatched, delivery times range between 1-3 weeks. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. 

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival. In the event that no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information. If the event that a customer does not pick up the package, only the amount of items is refunded.

Please note your order cannot be canceled or changed after if has been placed. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, therefore your order is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing after you order it.

Payments

PAYMENT WITH A CARD – Goes through the payment system Stripe. Card information is not saved on the server of the company, meaning your safety is 100 % guaranteed. Stripe ensures the maximum possible safety of any transaction. Credit card authorization is done in real time with immediate data checking at banks. Card payment is possible with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa and Maestro (If the consumer’s Maestro card allows this).

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL – Enables safe payment options with the credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express). The consumer does not need to create his own PayPal account. The PayPal system is noted as one of the safest payment systems in the world.
