Rücksendungen and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. We accept only unused products in original packaging (tags must not be cut off). Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless the product is broken or defective. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is defective, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us.
